Are Purchase Orders accepted?
Purchase orders are accepted. To order online but you are tax exempt, contact us to remove tax from your order. This can be processed after your order or with a custom order form.

How do I place a team order?
All team / bulk orders are handled personally by Trey. Contact him below with your specific requirements.
How do I know that my order was successful?
Successful orders will receive an email (check spam) with tracking numbers delivered from Bonsall Bat Company and FedEx.
What are the average shipping times?
Shipping times are posted in the product description. Most are 1-3 days. Customs take 1.5-2 weeks to get designed and shipped
How do I return an order?
If you wish to return, send back to the address it was shipped from on the box. We'll refund once we receive and make sure it wasn't used. 10% restocking fee
